Well, there is a way to make almost any tyre size legal. It's called "LTA" and roughly translated, "Automobile Technology Laboratory".
We go there with the size we want to make legal and they test the car. If it doesnt scrape the body and if it doesnt go off the limits of the car, they will issue a paper and then we can go make it "street-legal" in the car registration.
When we get the size we want (150€ test + 40€ burocratic) we can then find a large set of wheels with the right offset and mount the tyre size on it :)
Nowadays, i still drive illegal with 195/45r16 but i want to go to LTA and legalize 195/40r16 front and 195/45r16 rear. I just need stock r16 wheels because the Borbet's stick outside the car :)

But our laws aren't better.. If im found by the police with illegal tyres on the car, it's one 250€ fine, documentation is apreended and the car is up for a new inspection that cost's 90€. To the inspection it cant go with modified tyres, must go with originals..
And the police here is very very anoying when it comes to modification on cars... :(

Nice job! :D

I love that Rims  :sisi:

Please, can you insert a photo about front 7,5J and rear 9J with 195/45? Thanks! :-)

PS.Why you have painted in grey the star of the rim and not in black?

This is my wheels indeed: 195/45r16 on 9".

I dont have pics of 7,5" but it looks almost stock, no stretch, it just is vertical wall.

The center of the rims is not grey. It's a brown shade with golden hilights, painted the mirrors also the same color. The outside of the rim is champagne color. :)
Black is too much seen and i dont like to follow trends.
